WRRSV is pleased to announce a $7,350,000 class action settlement in Baker, et al. v. Century Financial Group, Inc., et al., Case No. CV100-4294 CC. Wells Fargo Bank has agreed to pay $7,350,000 to settle the claims of 163 class members who obtained 98 second mortgage loans from Century Financial Group on or after June 28, 1994. Century Financial Group sold and assigned these 98 loans to The Money Store, LLC or Integrated Capital Group. Class Members who do not opt out of the Settlement will be entitled to a substantial settlement payment under the Settlement. The estimated settlement payments range from a low of $1,000 to a high of $196,505, with an average of $39,485 per loan.
