Mr. Skeens is a trial lawyer and over his 16-year career he has handled a wide range of cases. He specializes in complex commercial matters including class actions, securities law, construction law, professional liability and employment law. Mr. Skeens’ represents both plaintiffs and defendants and his clients include individuals and corporations.
In addition to actual trial work, Mr. Skeens’ litigation experience includes conducting literally hundreds of depositions and court appearances in a variety of state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate level as well as a number of alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
