Kip Richards has successfully prosecuted and defended a number of state and federal jury and non-jury civil cases in Missouri and Kansas and (with local counsel) a number of other states including California, Illinois, New York and Texas. The subject matter of Mr. Richards’ cases vary, everything from toxic tort and personal injury cases, to cases involving patent, copyright and traderight infringement, shareholder oppression, construction defect, insurance bad faith, product liability, and interstate transportation. Mr. Richards has also been involved in a number of class action lawsuits involving claims based on the violation of state and federal consumer protection and securities laws.
Mr. Richards was born and raised in Douglas County, Kansas and studied economics and business at Baker University. Kip is married with three daughters and lives in Overland Park, Kansas. He is an Eagle Scout.
