Ms. Mahn joined Walters Bender Strohbehn and Vaughan as an associate in 2007. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation, business litigation and class actions. Her experience also extends to personal injury, premises liability, contract and tort matters.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Mahn clerked in the pro se office of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, where she worked on civil rights and habeas corpus matters. She also had a summer internship at the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Western District of Missouri.
Ms. Mahn earned her law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2007. She was a member of the UMKC National Moot Court Team, and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. Ms. Mahn graduated cum laude from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Economics.
