Wayne Farmer is a seasoned corporate legal counsel having advised clients on a broad array of strategic, operational, transactional, financial and investment issues for more than twenty-five years. He has broad corporate and management expertise with recognized specialties in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate strategic planning with industry expertise in multiple areas including telecommunications, transportation, publishing, manufacturing and not-for-profits.
Mr. Farmer has served as general corporate counsel to both individuals and corporate clients. He is known for his people and negotiating skills, strategic thinking, overall management abilities, focused thinking and community service. Previously, he headed a law firm corporate department of more than thirty attorneys in four cities and has personally handled more than one hundred major corporate transactions during his career.
