Ms. Carlson is engaged in trial practice in state and federal courts in Kansas and Missouri. Her cases include commercial and business litigation, insurance, contract and tort matters. Ms. Carlson also has experience representing individuals in personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, insurance, contract, employment and premises liability cases.
Ms. Carlson’s publications include Comment, Freedom at Risk: The Impact of the City of Boerne v. Flores on the Merger of Catholic and Non-Catholic Hospitals, 17 St. Louis U. Pub. L. Rev. 157 (1999).
