R. Frederick Walters is one of Kansas City’s most experienced trial attorneys. Mr. Walters has tried over 50 cases to verdict and negotiated hundreds of out-of-court settlements. In January of 1990, he obtained a $16.2 million jury verdict in Clay County, Missouri which at that time was Clay County’s largest verdict. He recently obtained a $2.1 million jury verdict on an insurance bad faith case. Nationally known for his expertise in insurance, he has served as an expert witness in insurance bad faith litigation.
