Patrick McAndrews

Mr. McAndrews is an associate at Walters Bender Strohbehn & Vaughan P.C., and practices in the areas of civil litigation, commercial and business litigation, product liability and class actions.  Mr. McAndrews also has extensive trial experience, which he gained while completing his clerkship for the Honorable Vernon E. Scoville, III, at the 16^th Circuit Court of Missouri.

Mr. McAndrews received his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law.   While in law school, Mr. McAndrews was a staff associate for the Journal of Business and Securities Law.  Mr. McAndrews also competed in mock trial and negotiation competitions throughout his time in law school.

Currently, Mr. McAndrews is an active member in the legal community.   Mr. McAndrews is a student in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association’s 2011-2012 Bar Leadership Academy.  Further, he is actively involved in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association’s Mentor Program.

Mr. McAndrews’ publications include: “iPad’s for the Modern Day iJudge,” KC Counselor Magazine, September 2011, Volume 20, Issue 8; and “Keeping Score: How Universities can Comply with Title IX Without Eliminating Men’s Collegiate Athletic Programs,” to be published in the Fall 2011 edition of the Brigham Young University’s Education and Law Journal.
