Bruce Nguyen

Mr. Nguyen is engaged in trial practice in the state courts of Missouri and Kansas. His current cases include commercial and business litigation, personal injury and tort claims, and insurance matters.
Mr. Nguyen also has experience in appellate practice. Prior to joining Walters Bender Strohbehn & Vaughan, Mr. Nguyen spent two years at the Court of Appeals for the Western District of Missouri, clerking for the Honorable Harold L. Lowenstein.
Mr. Nguyen’s publications include: ERISA’s Unspoken Standard: The Fight For Employee Benefits, 67 Mo. L. Rev. 401 (2002); and Hey, That’s My Wife! – The Tort of Alienation of Affection in Missouri, 68 Mo. L. Rev. 241 (2003).
